HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
This will depend on your custom order. In general, 10-14 days in advance is sufficent
but will depend on size, quantity and level of intricacy of decorative design.
This also allows for time to prepare a quote for you
WHEN ARE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE?
Consultations to discuss your order can be done by phone call and email for uncomplicated orders or by appointment only.
Appointments are generally arranged during business hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
However, appontments outside of these hours can be arranged for those
who specifically cannot make these times.
WHAT ARE YOUR DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment is accepted by cash and electronic funds transfer only. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order. Decorations, for your cake take time to create and are personally hand crafted in advance for your order only.
The non-refundable deposit covers this expense in the case of a cancellation.
Final payment is required by cash or electronic funds transfer 2 days prior for both pick up and delivery orders.
